DISABLED ACCESS

The Tollhouse operates on an upper and lower level with an outdoor terrace. Please inform our duty manager if any of your guests have restricted mobility and we will ensure a suitable table is allocated. Disabled toilets and facilities are located on the lower level. Regretfully, due to elements beyond our control, wheelchairs are unable to access the upper level of the restaurant.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS & ALLERGIES 

Please inform the restaurant of any dietary requirements or food intolerances prior to your visit. 

GENERAL INFORMATION

At busy times we operate a 15 minute ‘no show’ policy and cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to your allocated reservation time. Whilst we do our upmost to honour table requests, we unfortunately cannot guarantee.

GROUP RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

To reserve a table for parties of five guests and over we require a valid debit or credit card to confirm your reservation. Debit / credit card details are held securely and will be charged £50.00 per person in the event of a No Show or a Late Cancellation.

SERVICE CHARGE

A discretionary 10% service charge is added to tables of 8 guests and over. Gratuities left by our customers are passed in full to the staff. Neither the company, nor senior management benefit in any kind whatsoever from gratuities left by our customers.

CHILDREN 

Children and young person’s up to the age of 17 years can remain on the premises until 10:00pm

A children’s menu is available up until 6:00pm. We also have 2x highchairs and baby changing facilities
